On the 28th of April, 2014, Mukkti Foundation’s Me.Mukkti wing allied with the Mumbai Police and the AIMMAA to bring forth a unique workshop for the women officers of the police force and the Me.Mukkti.Marshals.
This was conducted by a team of experts from Russia who specialized in the Tolpar System of Knife Fighting. This event was conducted in the presence of Ms. Smita Thackeray, ATS Chief Mr.Himanshu Roy, Russian Consul General Mr. Alexei Novakov and Bollywood Action Star, Mr. Akshay Kumar
