Event was conducted at a self-financed school in Dadar – Shishu Vihar Mandal. With 3 instructors, children were taught asanas along with bhakti geet. Traditional simple way of yoga.
It was a great pleasure for us to conduct our second World Yoga Day workshop for the students of Shishu Vihar School, Dadar. We could’nt help but smile as these young minds took to Yoga with great enthusiasm. We would like to thank each person in the Management and Staff of Shishu Vihar School, for enabling and encouraging such an event in their premise and for the great support they gave to the team of Mukkti Foundation. Fantastic work by our yoga instructors. We cant wait to come back.
